Travel: Payment, Cancellation/Refund Policy and Resources
We offer a flexible cancellation policy based on providing our guests the option of full or partial refunds (depending on the timeframe) or the more attractive option of transferring paid funds to another person. The chart below shows various cancellation scenarios.
Please note: The increased penalties incurred as a trip gets closer reflect the current policies of hotels and other vendors, and our need to make early payments to assure availability.
Of course, if Italy with Romina needs to postpone or cancel a trip, 100% of your funds will be refunded.*
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Deposit: Due at the time you make your reservation
Final Payment: Due 120 days prior to the trip’s start date*
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If a cancellation request is received, we offer the option of refunding a portion of your payment(s) or transferring the payment(s) to another person, according to the chart below.
For Deposits:
100% transferrable, non-refundable
For Final Payments:
31-120 days until start of program: 100% transferrable, 50% refundable
30 days until start of program: 100% transferrable, non-refundable
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations require that a written request is received in the timeframe outlined above. All qualified refunds will be made within 30 days from the receipt date of the written cancellation request.
Because many factors are beyond our control, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
If you have any questions about our policy, or would like to make a request for a cancellation, please contact us at italywithromina@gmail.com.
*by remitting the final payment you agree and accept Italy with Romina Tour Waiver.
